SERVICES:

 

  • Boundary Survey - Large tracts of land. Usually 5+ acres. 

  • Division Survey - Division of a large tract into 5+ acre tracts

  • ​Lot Survey - Small lots. Usually inside City Limits.

  • Minor Division Survey - Dividing one (1) tract into two (2) tracts. Requires planning commission approval.

  • Subdivision Design and Layout - Dividing one (1) tract into multiple (2 or more) tracts. Requires planning commission approval. Sewer and storm water design by a Professional Engineer could also be required.

  • Elevation Certificate - Is your house in a flood zone? Do you pay yearly flood insurance premiums? An elevation certificate will help determine if your house is in the flood zone. If your house is located in a flood zone it could help lower your annual flood insurance payments.

  • Foundation Layout - Done prior to digging the footer. Usually only needed if the house has many corners or if the placement of the house on the lot is difficult due to the lot's shape, size or grade.

  • Boundary Line Staking - Building a fence or a new structure? Arguing with the neighbor about where the line is? Suspect an encroachment on your property? We will mark the line on the ground with wooden or metal stakes. 

  • Topographic Survey - Elevation data utilizing contour lines and spot elevations.

  • Site Plan - Commercial development construction plans. Engineering services are provided by a state certified civil engineer.
